Judy A. Koesters
Judy received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law and has been practicing law since 1986. In 1996, Judy opened Koesters Law Office. Over the years, Judy has built a successful practice, mentored many female attorneys, and given back to her community. Judy’s hard work, success, and commitment to the practice of law has gained her respect from fellow colleagues and associates. Judy is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association, Ohio State Bar Association, American Bar Association, and the Ohio Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers. Judy is also the Law Director for the Village of Coldwater.

Kari L.White
Kari received her J.D. from the University of Dayton School of Law in 2019 and has been practicing at Koesters Law Office ever since. Before entering the practice of law, Kari was an adult probation officer and worked in the court system of various Ohio counties. Kari is founder Judy Koesters’s daughter and a Coldwater native. Kari is the Secretary of the Mercer County Bar Association; a member of the Ohio State Bar Association; a board member of Foundations Behavioral Health Services Board of Directors, Mercer County Law Library Resources Board, Mercer County Drug Advisory Board, Legal Aid of Western Ohio Board of Trustees, and Advocates for Basic Legal Equality Board of Trustees; and Solicitor for the Village of St. Henry.

Shannon D. Kaiser
Shannon received her J.D. from The Ohio State University Moritz College of Law in 2023. Shannon is a native of Maria Stein and now resides in Fort Recovery. Shannon interned with Koesters Law Office in the summers of 2019 and 2021, before beginning full time in August 2023. Throughout law school, Shannon interned with the Wrongful Conviction Project at the Ohio Public Defender’s Office, worked for a family law attorney, participated in the Ohio State University’s Prosecution Clinic, and interned with Lawyers for Kids at Nationwide Children’s Hospital. Shannon is a member of the Mercer County Bar Association and the Ohio State Bar Association.
